I grew up in the heart of a small startup, where I quickly learned the value of resilience, adaptability, and an insatiable curiosity to find a better way. Over the course of 21 years, I started at the bottom as a clinical specialist and steadily advanced, taking on roles that spanned nearly every aspect of the business.

I have led regional teams, optimized clinical operations, and developed innovative programs that enhanced care delivery. I’ve harnessed the power of data to drive strategic decisions and implemented technology solutions that streamlined workflows and improved efficiency. My leadership has guided teams through complex integrations and transformative growth, all while aligning operations with company goals to ensure scalable and sustainable success.
